2024: Blocky Blacktail Deer
2023: Funny Looking Turkeys
For the first time in the game's history EW tells everyone upfront what they will release for April 1: Funny looking Turkeys, released already on March 31. These turkeys can be taxed and are meant to keep their look in the Trophy Lodge forever.

2022: T-Rex
Tyrannosaurus Rex dinosaurs from theHunter Primal are roaming Logger's Point, Bushrangers Run and Whiterime Ridge. They can be shot but not harvested. Players say the T-Rex's would take very many shots even from big calibers before they drop dead. The animals can be identified by calls and tracks on the HunterMate.
